The “Bangs” Gang
(Brave, Bad, Sexy & Confident B****es Wear Bangs!)

I thought I wanted those bangs! But after seeing how much hair I would have to lose in the process, I had to rethink this idea! After several minutes of deep breaths, swigs of water, and coaching, I finally gave my hairstylist the go-ahead to make the cut. I was so happy with my decision…afterwards! But I was also instantly reminded of the many brave Women I’ve seen making the same attempt in the name of this hairstyle. And in honor of those brave Women I couldn’t help but make the following statement to my hairstylist after braving that haircut…”Brave Bitches Wear Bangs!”

Who I Wanna Be, When I Wanna Be…

So…I was once told by an ex (emphasis on Ex!) that I always looked beautiful when we were out in public together, but while at home I looked “too comfortable.” My response was…AND?? I was then told that it was as if I were two totally different people when either in public or at home. My response was…SO?? I was then asked the reason for these two seemingly-polar-opposite people. My response was...because I am “Who I Wanna Be, When I Wanna Be…”

It was no surprise to me when I lost my job 2 weeks after asking the question to my manager…” does my 1/8th matter more than my 7/8ths?” I guess the answer to that question - for that person anyway - was yes. For me well…I think you know MY answer!
